I've got a wee problem with the patch. Everytime I start the game it asks for a username and I have to select my skill level and go through all that shizzle. I'm not sure why it isn't saving it?

It's because the very first version I put up here was a wee bit bugged. The version up now doesn't cause this kinda problem

Anyhow, goto
"MY DOCUMENTS\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 6\save\folder1\"
find the file "KONAMI-WIN32PES6OPT_PSLBACKUP"
and move it up one directory, so it now resides in
""MY DOCUMENTS\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 6\save\"

That will solve your problem

Keep the backup I made in the same directory as the proper option files causes pro evo to think there is a corrupt version in there; thus keeps asking for details!

Be sure to grab the latest squad changer if you ever wish to use it!

Any1 tried squad switcher ? It seems just remove kits with logos, but database and team names remain updated.

You can't have the game loaded whilst switching. It you've done that it will have messed it all up

Us english users all use the PSL 2009 squad patch, but italian users use their own. I know nothing about it

Mmmm, ok, but i dont know why i had problems of connection lost when match starts. I believed that it was by different patch.

Not that I know of. If it's to play on PES6J you're best bet is to get together with a lot of other users and lobby the creator to insist people use a common patch so everyone has up to date teams. PES6 is still Konami's best PES title to date, but it isn't as fun with 3 year old squads.

i saw that roster of iss patch have some player with the same values of pes 2009, so i thought that before to create the patch they had copyed the values of pes2009 in pes6 roster, isn't it?

doubt it, pes10 is around the corner and it would seem like a pointless project but im sure people like Spooky might give it a go if he thinks he will have the time.
