30/03/09 - Essential update v1.22: I'd messed up the host app so it restored an older hosts file when closing my app down, something only supposed to happen on the 'b' version. Ooops
12/03/09 - Non-essential update v1.21: also new 1.21b version that you keep open whilst playing; when closing it restores your original hosts file (requested by Gresko)
07/03/09 - Updated with GoalServer6 Alpha 0.2 - EVERYONE UPGRADE!
I've created a couple of new programs to help us play Pro Evo 6 via GoalServer6. No editing of complicated hosts files or anything like that; just 2 simple programs, one for the host, one for the clients. Just unzip the files to a new directory, and you're set.
Hosts; all you have to do is load the "PSL Host GS6.exe" app and follow the instructions. You will have to enter your local IP address first, which should be pretty easy with the info provided within the application. Then you have to enter your internet IP address; this information can be found at http://www.whatismyip.com/ (a link to the website provided within the .zip).
Clients; all you have to do is load the "PSL Client GS6.exe" app and enter the IP address for the host you wish to join.
You can close the application down after entering the relevant information; only the hosts need to keep open the GoalServer6.exe that will automatically load.
Features * No special computer knowledge needed at all; no manual editing of hosts or conf files required! * Incredibly easy to Host a server; just 2 numbers need to be entered! * Shows you automatically the exact numbers you need to enter as a host within the program itself! * Client only has to enter 1 number; no crazy geeky files need to be found or edited, PSL GS6 does it all for you! * Pings the host you enter to let you the lag! * No more "UDP" errors when trying to connect! * Backs up original hosts file for safekeeping!
for version b that you keep open whilst playing (it restores original host file upon closing the app). Only use this version if you know what I'm talking about! http://www.megaupload.com/?d=POT50LX3

Great job mate, though a quick mention on the fact that I have not been able to set up a match in terms of setting the time, weather effects and injury time etc once im in a game. it automatically bypasses that stage and every match is 5 minutes by default , with the "quickgame" settings.
Is anyone else getting this?
Edit: It's been fixed. Wazza was a pleb with pad problems which bypassed the match settings when he hosted. was fine for me. All sorted.

My buttons are fine too, and I don't use the default set up. I think the way to make sure they stay as you want them is to set them up from the settings in the PES6 folder.

The button config isn't my problem, it's that when I host it skips past the match settings screen and I'm stuck playing 5 minute games on random condition.
It doesnt. Mezzy probably think or thought ur pad was on some kind of autofire and so you went through the settings stage but it cant be that as the default game setting is 10 mins.
Its a bug in the goalserver and it will be fixed hopefully soon.
